The Keepie is our classic handbag that first made its appearance in our Summer 2023 collection – Afterglow – has now made a comeback in our Fall-Winter 2023 collection – Minimalist – with new colours added to the series that will enhance your fall outfits this year.

The Keepie is the miniature version of ABARA’s bestselling bag – the Keeps’Ake Medium Shoulder Bag – which was launched in 2021. Mini bags have become trendy accessories for fashion lovers nowadays. Fashionists prefer these mini bags because they are more mobile and easier to carry than clutches. The Keepie Mini Shoulder Bag retains all the original shape and proportions of the Keeps’Ake Medium Shoulder Bag, but it has been updated to a smaller size to align with the demand for smaller bags that can still hold all of a girl’s essentials.

In addition to the size difference between two popular bags, the main distinction between the Keepie Mini Shoulder Bag and the Keeps’Ake Medium Shoulder Bag is the inclusion of two straps with the Keepie, maximising the styling versatility of the bag. The hand strap allows the Keepie to be carried as a youthful and flirtatious mini handbag. This hand strap is also designed to attach the Keepie to the Keeps’Ake as a matching accessory. A second detachable shoulder strap is provided for added practicality and versatility, allowing you to style the Keepie as a shoulder bag, or a crossbody bag.

    EXCHANGE

    You shall examine the goods upon delivered for any deficiencies and/or damages. If any product is found to be missing, incorrect, defective or damaged inside upon receiving your order, claims for exchange (if any) must be lodged to our Customer Service (Exchange Unit) at info@abara.com.sg within within 7 days.

     
    ALL SALES ARE FINAL

    Notification of cancellation/refund of order MUST be done within 6-hrs after placing order before ABARA has fulfilled the order. ABARA has a fast turnaround when dispatching products with our partner logistics hence please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to make a cancellation on your order.

    We regret to inform that once your order has past the 6-hours grace period, there will be no cancellation/refund (6-Hours after the time of purchase).

    Once cancellation of order confirmation, it takes 2-3 business days for the refund to be made by ABARA to your payment services provider (for example your credit card supplier). Please note that the time taken for payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.

    Only one-time exchange request is allowed per order. ABARA reserves the right to reject any subsequent returns or refund requests for the same order or product.


    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Refund & Exchange Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

     

    1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

    ABARA warrants all bags for a period of ONE (1) YEARS after the original date of leather and hardware.

    The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. 

    Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period.

    Any refunds given will void any warranty including any type of replacement.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. This undertaking is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect those rights in any way.
