Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your ABARA purchase but perhaps you may have some enquires about our refund & exchange policy.
Exchange

You shall examine the goods upon delivered for any deficiencies and/or damages. If any product is found to be missing, incorrect, defective or damaged inside upon receiving your order, claims for exchange (if any) must be lodged to our Customer Service (Exchange Unit) at info@abara.com.sg within within 7 days.

All Sales Are Final

Notification of cancellation/refund of order MUST be done within 6-hrs after placing order before ABARA has fulfilled the order. ABARA has a fast turnaround when dispatching products with our partner logistics hence please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to make a cancellation on your order.

We regret to inform that once your order has past the 6-hours grace period, there will be no cancellation/refund (6-Hours after the time of purchase). Once cancellation of order confirmation, it takes 2-3 business days for the refund to be made by ABARA to your payment services provider (for example your credit card supplier). Please note that the time taken for payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider. Only one-time exchange request is allowed per order. ABARA reserves the right to reject any subsequent returns or refund requests for the same order or product.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Refund & Exchange Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1 Year Limited Warranty

ABARA warrants all bags for a period of ONE (1) YEARS after the original date of leather and hardware. The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect.

Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. Any refunds given will void any warranty including any type of replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This undertaking is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect those rights in any way.
