Thank you for visiting and shopping at ABARA. Following are the terms and conditions that constitutes our shipping policy.
Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (BUSINESS DAY). Do note that no orders will be shipped or delivered during weekends and holidays, please order in advance during peak seasons.

 

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

As much as we would love to have you receive your parcel from us as soon as possible, we have no control of the parcel once it's out of office. Shipping speed is highly subjected to custom clearance of Malaysia (Singapore customers not affected).

Singapore - Express Delivery Estimate (Free)

  • Next-Day Delivery - For all orders you'll be receiving from Qxpress or our private courier partner that we engaged for delivery.

 Malaysia - Express Delivery Estimate (Free)

  • 3-5 Working Day - For all orders you'll be receiving from Qxpress or our private courier partner that we engaged for delivery.Qxpress and our private courier partner will be leaving at the doorstep of your indicated address of delivery with a photo evidence of delivery, in the event when there's no one available to receive the order.

Delivery might be delayed due to occasions like Chinese New Year, Christmas, Black Friday and weeks building towards. Please note of this when ordering during these occasions. We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers and/or failed. Order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery of $6(For Malaysia Customers) and $4(For Singapore Customers).

All delivery estimates provided above are to be used as a general guideline, actual delivery time-frame might defer due to certain circumstances. In the event of a Custom Clearance situation, please contact your local postal office for clarification on the status.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order.  Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with your Local Postal Office (USPS/Royal Mail/La Poste etc) We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.

A delivery confirmation number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted to Ninja Van, Qxpress. We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.
